
1. Product description
AIOFLEX flexible coupling is a very strong, durable, stable and reliable coupling. The body is made of high-quality elastomer covered with a high-strength fiber coil reinforcement structure.
The coupling body can be combined with alloy steel forged flanges or flywheels to form an assembly, suitable for various mechanical equipment and various industries. It can be used in any place and can transmit torque output safely and smoothly, eliminate resonance, and provide comprehensive protection for mechanical equipment.
2. Before installation
AIOFLEX is a product that is easy to install and maintain. In the production process, we also make every effort to ensure the stability and perfection of the product quality. The technical data table and picture icon of this product are only used for product description and not as a legal guarantee.
Considering the different types of equipment, you should read the installation manual carefully when installing and repairing, and ask professionally trained technicians to install it.
3. Coupling combination

3.1 AFC coupling + 2DF drive flange
The product content is a coupling body plus a double drive flange connection head and six sets of screws.

3.2 AFC coupling + DF drive flange + flywheel
Each coupling is equipped with three sets of SAE J620 flywheels for selection.

The bushing length can be increased to suit all wheelbases.
4. Installation method
Before installing the coupling, make sure that the axis of the power source is aligned with the axis of the load. Excessive axial and radial displacement and angle will cause wear of the mechanical shaft or coupling body.
These actions must be completed before the coupling is installed. For detailed allowable values, please refer to the data description in (1).

The shaft coupling with the processed hole diameter is pre-locked to the flange on one end of the coupling body, and then the mechanical bilateral shaft is locked on the flange, and then the flange is pushed into the coupling body, and finally fix the screws.

8. Screw instructions
The screws attached with the product are all grade 12.9 screws, and the washer is 300HV carbon steel washer. All screws are coated with screw pre-coated glue or attached with medium-strength removable screw fixing glue. This can prevent the coupling from loosening during use and causing damage to the coupling.

9. Installation direction attention
Generally, couplings that do not have a specially marked direction row have the same forward and reverse torque values. However, AFC220 couplings have different torque values for forward and reverse rotation. Pay special attention to the direction of the screws on the product to ensure correct installation .


10. Precautions for disassembling the coupling
When removing the coupling, it is the reverse order of the installation method. When repairing, only the coupling body is usually replaced without disassembling the flange joint, and the screws and washer must be replaced at the same time when re-repairing.
11. Coupling storage
The coupling should be placed in a cool, dry and non-lighted environment to ensure the flexibility of the coupling body. Proper environmental storage can extend the life of the elastomer. The general storage life is 3 years.
The coupling in use should be inspected at least once a year. Whether the appearance is dirty or oily; whether the coupling rubber is cracked; whether the screws are loose; whether the flange is intact in appearance, and if it is damaged, replace it immediately.
